FRP Atlantic Championship Series Round 4 Road America

Round 4 of the championship took place at Road America, in Elkhart Lake WI. It was a very competitive weekend with a stacked line up of drivers in the Atlantic class. Matthew qualified P3 during Q1, putting him on the second row to start the race. Matthew worked his way up to P2 until he ran into a mechanical issue with the transmission on the second to last lap of the race, resulting him to drop back to a P4 finish.

Due to a shorter qualifying run on Sunday, Matthew would start Race 2 from the second row (P4). He moved his way up to P3 in the early stages of the race. The top 4 cars ran very fast times throughout the race, all crossing the finish line less than a second apart from each other. Matthew finished on the podium in P3!
